BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

 

 

OBJECTIVE

To implement sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long term, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties.  The sales activities with IFA clients will be assisted by the VP, Business Development and CEO.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following:

  1. Assist in implementing strategic marketing and sales plans

  2. Pro-actively explore new business opportunities

  3. Identify client requirements to help drive current and future solutions offerings

  4. Execute the client on board process, including the due diligence on the client and coordinating training

  5. Maintain excellent client relationships and provide high quality customer service

  6. Maintain data on potential sales, marketing and sales activities, and performance

 

Job Requirements:
  • Passionate, confident with a proactive and positive attitude

  • Excellent inter-personal communication and presentation skills

  • A good team player, driven, good problem-solving skills and business sense Diploma or above with Business related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales / Business Development in Financial Services/Wealth Management industry or Fund Houses

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
